| Antigen Background | CD18 is a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa expressed in combination with the CD11a, CD11b, or CD11c chain. The complex is a member of the β-2 integrin family. These molecules function in cell adhesion and specifically bind to ICAM-1 and ICAM-2. |

| Preparation Note | Prepared by conjugation to R-phycoerythrin (PE). This orange-red dye is efficiently excited at 488 nm and emits at 578 nm. |
